The volunteers are allocated tasks depending upon each individual availability. With respect to the place and details of the tasks, these will be explained there and then.

It may be that we have to put in place various contingencies (for conditions, weather etc.). This is why we must reserve the right to make last minute changes. In this eventuality, you would be informed as soon as possible.
